  1. Change A/C filters when the time changes each Spring and Fall.
  2. Clean gutters in Spring.
  3. Look for signs of foundation problems (cracks above windows or doors).
  4. Wash your siding.
  5. Fill in driveway cracks. Winter ice tends to get in cracks and make them wider.
  6. Check for signs of critters in your attic
  7. Have your a/c system serviced when the time changes each Spring and Fall.
  8. Make sure your fire extinguisher is in good working order.
  9. Change smoke detector batteries each year.
  10. Remove lint from your dryer exhaust.
  11. If you use a wood burning fireplace, have a chimney sweep out every 3 years.
  12. Ensure that your alarm system is in working order
  13. Test you CO2 detector.
  14. Each year wash cook top vent hood filters to remove grease.
  15. Inspect you deck for nails or screws that have worked loose.
  16. Test your sprinkler system in the Spring.

    • * spray on new baseball glove to help break it in.
    • * spray on finger to help remove tight ring.
